Are you bothered by the sound of snoring at night? My husband is!
Yes, I snore at night! I never used to until I had children. My extra weight brought about this annoying nighttime habit. I know one obvious method that would help stop my snoring -- losing weight; but since pigs can't fly, I thought I should check into other methods of kicking the habit!
One method is the nasal strip. This is a flexible, heavy-duty piece of plastic that sticks to your nose and allows you to breath better through your nose. For one glorious night, this method actually worked for me, but then, alas the next night my husband once again head the sounds of snoring.
Another method is aromatherapy. Now, I haven't personally used this method yet, but I wonder why I haven't, as it seems it is the easiest thing to do. In fact, I have found a seller on Ebay who offers a simple aromatic jar that when opened at nighttime will not only relieve you from snoring, but your spouse as well.
A third method is a homeopathic spray that you use on your throat right before bedtime. But, I believe my excuse for not using this product was that you couldn't have anything to eat after you used the spray - oh well. On to the next method...
The final method is actually reading! Reading? Yes, as in reading information. I did a search on the internet on how to stop snoring and you would be surprised as to how many ebooks are out there that talk about how to stop snoring. Now reading is something that I can do!
I actually found a few ebooks that I would recommend like Stop Snoring Secrets and Stop Snoring in Seven Days ... now to put that reading into practice!
